How much fat is too much?

I need to start eating more, but am finding it hard to make up the last few hundred calories (mostly due to lack of time).

My question is, if I eat loads of walnuts or something for the extra calories, will the extra fat be a problem?

If I workout a few hours a day, is my fat allowance increased? Is it 90g.. 120g or what?

Thanks for you help guys

walnuts are a great source of protein as well as essential fatty acids. don't worry about the extra fat calories because fat from plant sources is easyer to convert into energy. most of the essential fatty acids are used for hair, oil, skin and brain maintenence anyway. its the hydrogenated oils, and animal based fats that are more problematic.

Thanks, thats what i wanted to hear :)
