why are some of you homos caught about CUO being chubby? ....what, not cute enough for you?
Might be his many roid threads last year.
CUO - Sounds like you have a cervical disc impingement. I have the same... sharp pain in neck or shoulder blade, shooting pain down arm, numbness in arm. The only thing that works for me is ice, unfortunately.
yeah, i ice it and it gets better, but it still sucks. sometimes i will be sitting at work and it will flare up
I saw a PT about my neck a while back. She gave me some exercises and some posture advice which was somewhat helpful. One of the best things she told me was to sleep with a rolled up towel under my neck instead of a pillow. Apparently, it puts your cervical spine in its natural position instead of tilting it like most pillows do. As a result, I can sleep through the night relatively pain free.
Massage can help a lot, but it's impossible for me to get one as often as I would need it to maintain the benefits. The best thing I've found for reducing pain is yoga. I do Bryan Kest's "Power Yoga" and I bought myself a Homedics shiatsu massage chair cushion thing, and that shit has all but cured me. I have proactically no pain at 36, and I was hurting bad a year ago.
I do the yoga, which relieves spinal and other joint and muscle compression and pain, then hit the massage chair and drink a bunch of water. The massage chair is not as good as a pro, but it's good enough to help once you learn how to use it well, and you can use it whenever you want or need it.
Funnily enough, was talking with Royler at a seminar on Sat and he said he can't remember a day in the last 10 years when he has woken up and he doesn't have a pain in at least one part of his body.
ttt
I tore my acl 2 months ago and just had the surgery 1 1/2 weeks ago so yea im in a lot of fucking pain

i am always hurt or sore but its worth it IMO.
I get a Thai massage once a week. Costs from $35-45 an hour depending on which place I use. It is in Thai Town in L.A. I got hooked on Thai massage when I lived in Thailand. Try the two hour, it is heaven!
cxx31 I live pretty close to you and I know your getting a little extra being that its next to hollywood....sucky sucky
my pcl is strained, i think thats why it locks
so connor heun is gonna walk the walk this weekend?
there are many weighlifting excercises I haven't been able to do for years due to various chronic injuries. Including: heavy bench press, shoulder shrugs, heavy military press, heavy incline press, deadlifts....
My low back hurts pretty much anytime I am not lying down flat. My right knee hurts when walking as does my left ankle. Both wrists hurt when I try to do pushups. 44 years old here and other than that I feel great
no happy ending, but she was cute as hell. i only wish
LOL this thread reminds me of a monthly game I like to play with guys at the gym.
Take turns deciding what body part hurts the worst and "honorable mention" second place injury.
I have injuries from the neck down. I use to think it was
worth it, but when I have to miss out on doing things
with my family because of the pain I realize now that it
was not.
