If he was a legit LHW then without question it would but given that he's clearly not I don't really see how much damage it could do to his career if he lost.
On the flip side, how much would beating Tito boost his stock? Beating anyone with a 35 lb weight advantage outside of the heavyweight division is most certainly going to help you out but at the end of the day we are talking about Tito.

Storm is a welterweight who likes to eat so he fights at middle. He won't even weight 200lbs come weigh ins. Losing to Tito wouldn't really hurt his stock.

I don't think it would effect Shemlenko too much its certainly possible if Tito can get him down but let's be honest Bjorn is hoping Tito looses to promote how great his MW champ is beating a name casual fans know.
