I just turned 45. Last year I competed in several NAGA sub-grappling events after 32 years of wrestling and I compete / practice with 20 and 30 somethings everyday. Just gotta do it. No reason. Just gotta. Win or lose. Maybe I'll need to shave my head so they can't see the gray and lie about my age to get a pro fight.
