 Click on the second icon on the far right that looks like a picture when the box comes up  a url box pops up enter in the url of the pic you want to post then click ok  that's all you have to do

I explained step by step what you need to do to post a picture.. Did you even read the post?

 Do you have the icon bar across the top of your input window?  I posted a picture of the input window (it's about the 10th post on the second page).  Do you have any of those icons?

If it is not there I think I can help you figure out how to get it to show up.
