I find it all so unco ordinated, I cant left my leg as high even though im equally flexable in both my legs.
It feels so awkward.
Any tips other than just practice more/

Try chambering the leg a little bit, get the knee up to a higher point before extending. Also, are you kicking flat footed? If your right foot is planted solidly in the ground you're going to struggle to naturally flow through anyway.
