Assuming his wrestling is the top level stuff that it seems to be.
He lost his last WEC fight to Pettis, but he fought Pettis' fight IMO. I also had it dead even till the kick heard round the world.
I think he matches up well with Edgar. He needs to make sure he doesn't fall victim to the bouncy combinations on the feet, and use his size and strength to overpower Edgar. I also think he's a LW that can deal with the strength of Maynard. I think if him and Maynard goes toe to toe, Ben wins. Clay Guida is an interesting match up, and I believe Henderson is a similar fighter, just better. I think the fight would be tremendously entertaining but I could see Henderson over powering Guida and possibly finishing him.
I think the toughest fight is Melvin Guillard. Not sure how that one would go. Would like to see it (if Guillard beats Lauzon) for #1 contender.
What do you think about the future of the LW division? I think it's an incredibly interesting division and there are lots of great young fighters with champion potential. 
It really wouldn't surprise me.
I think Melvin is now such a dangerous wild card in that division. He could quite realistically beat anyone, but at the same time he's in real danger if anyone establishes top position.
Maybe Frankie gets by Gray in their third bout, but I really can't see him holding on to the belt much longer after that.
I would put good money on him being Ufc champ at some point.
People will flame me but I think he matches up better with Maynard than he does Edgar.
Egar's Plyo-Pick-and-Poke style would be hard for Henderson to deal with. I could see Edgar outpointing him. Maynard on the other hand, I think Henderson has too many tools to for Maynard to deal with.
Wouldn't be shocking. He's made strides with every fight and continues to look more impressive.
Frankie is amazing he can beat anyone at Lw so can Henderson a war would ensue.

He still hits hard and is alrightbut he transitions between ground and stand up amazingly well

I think Hendo could take him down and sub or tko him tho. Frankies stand up is similar to bendos ground game.
I think Frankie can out point him on the feet with speed. But I feel Hendo could control and dominate him on the ground.

I love Frankie, he's my favourite LW in the UFC, but I do think if Henderson has a good gameplan and avoids the stand up battle, he needs to grind him up against the cage, try and get him down and it should be Henderson's fight on the ground.

I think he'll eventually be champ one day. He's got the skills but I think a fight with Frankie. Edgar will be too fast for him.
