Horatio Gates -You could also do some Detective Shields work and find out who their managers are and reach out to them directly. I'm sure the managers would have many less followers and interactions so the chance of your query being read and actually answered would be much greater.knot eye - This is almost 2017 OP. If you put something together and make sure you get someone attached to it (a good start being an MMA fighter with a social media following who digs your idea) its very unlikely anyone will straight up jack your idea. Most ideas require someone with determination to push the idea to get it made - most of the time on things like this that will be you as no one really helps out in my experience.
So first.
1. Attach someone you trust who is a known commodity - you don't need all your stars - just one to use to get the rest onboard.
2. Package it correctly (Budget, script, logline, schedule, presentation, crew) or get it packaged by someone and stipulate your terms
3. Put the work in to either get it make guerilla style or raising budget (I suggest low cost shoot with a few sponsors - not easy unless the fighters are onboard and you can guarantee an outlet (Hows about speaking to Kirik?))
I'm in the UK otherwise I'd offer to take a look. Best to find someone local to you.
