A first degree Blackbelt in Aikido! It was the first martial art I took at age 13. Should I start re-training some of this stuff to get more deadly in MMA?

Havent' trained aikido in almost 5 years... don't know if I'm sharp enough as AS is fresh off segal... and I remember in my aikido class we though segal stuff was a joke

Fyi... I never learned that kick in Aikido. Guess I didn't make it that far.
