I hope Werdum beats Overeem and eventually Fedor beats the title out of Werdum, Fedor-Kohsaka II style. 
HW division in UFC has always been a mess.
No title out there has more title shots handed out to fighters coming off KO losses.

Which is why, seemingly INARGUABLY, no human voted rankings should automatically place the UFC title holder as the #1 HW in the world when all common sense and historical precedent indicate THE OPPOSITE. In fact the UFC HE champion should have to be above and beyong the rest of the field in terms of competition and record since the titke(current version) has been passed around and devalued so.
And certainly no computer stat based system should be programmed to award "bonus" points solely for matches taking place in the UFC.
Totally agreed with Helwig and thanks again to whistleblower for the detailed history of the various incarnations of the UFC HW strap.
