Almost how AAA works to the MLB. So many great fighters but they get stuck with binding contracts etc. think of all the greats that we could have had in their primes: Chandler, Askren, MVP, Usman etc.
Of course monopolies are not good.
It can function that way for those who wish to fight out their contract.
Hopefully Pico, McKee and Usman make the jump while still in their primes.
Magomedkerimov is who I’ve wanted to see in UFC, 16-1 in PFL, the most successful fighter in PFL history and not in the tourny this year and not getting the next Bellator title fight either. Don’t know if he is injured or what.
Really would like to see him jump to UFC.
Overall to me, I don’t like seeing anyone in that “top 10”/“top 20” elite zone in their prime and not in the UFC to compete with one another.
i want competition for the ufc. been rooting for bellator and pfl. doesn’t mean i’ve been watching them. but i’m rooting.
