How did Rafa get around not having a red or white rank sleeve on his belt?

Also, Giani looks like the karate kid.

I also thought new rules said if it's a double guard pull and no advancement after 20 seconds, they get stood back up and both get a penalty. I don't think there was really any advancement within 20s in that fight??

and it would've prolly took rafael longer to add white tape and take it off again later

I THINK the rank sleeve thing only applies for Pan Ams and Worlds. Any other comp and its all good.
