Using Nate against Conor is common sense. If Conor asks for something crazy like $35 mil, they can then use Nate as leverage and offer him a tiny fraction of that. If Conor asked for $20 million, then not a big deal but if Conor asks for something completely crazy, you use Nate as leverage. No clue why anyone would doubt this. Yes Nate wouldn't sell as many PPVs but if the pay gap is big enough, you go with Nate.
