I'm gonna go with Bader.
Coleman
Bader is who I'd like to see as a fan (or maybe Phil Davis). I want to see if he can stop someone with a good double leg. Someone with more speed than Hamill and Vera.
That would answer some questions about him.
I'd also love to watch him fight Dan Henderson. Lets see him try to throw Hendo, and how Henderson deals with the crazy reach.
Bader
Thiago Silva
Anderson Silva
Winner of Forrest/little Nog.
Marco808 - Anderson Silva
Very premature, imo. He's only 22 and has a few UFC fights.
Forrest would be a good pick. Challenging, but winnable. Nogueira would be a much tougher match up, since he would be overmatched in striking and probably get subbed in Nogueira's guard.
I still think Bader should fight Thiago Silva and have Bones take on Jardine. Jardine would be a good test for him.
No, Jardine would not be a good test for him. He would absolutly blitz Jardine in under a minute.
Little Nog or Thiago Silva would be my choice.
B_Goetz -I didn't say it was a good pick, just who I would choose, based on the OP's question. Because I'd love to see that fight and think it'd be awesome.Marco808 - Anderson Silva

Also think it would setup #1 contender status, getting the Machida/Shogun winner. (Yeah yeah, I know Anderson and Lyoto don't want to fight each other, but in my imaginary world as matchmaker, I'd make them fight)

I do think Jardine would be a good test esp. since he has lost afew and is due for a surprise al Chuck fight! Plus he's hard to keep down (if he isn't Ko'ed), but now that I think about it doesn't Bones train at Jackson's?
I doubt he will be fighting Jardine anytime soon since they are both under Greg Jackson...

BEEP
Thiago Silva.
Up and coming fighter like Bader or a top 10 guy like Thiago Silva.
On the other side, he's been dominating guys and you could argue that he should be fighting a top 10 guy.

Honestly I think that would be a very tough fight for Anderson.
We haven't seen anybody at 205 try to take him down at all, and jones has better takedowns than most
can Anderson really beat a lhw off his back? i dunno about that
Couture, then throw him in with the Rashad/Rampage winner.
bader
rashad vs qj winner
griffin vs nog winner
they should get him a fight they assume he will lose so they can see where he's at.
Rashad and Jardine train with Jones so they will not fight eachother unless one of them leaves Jackson.
good candidates are strong wrestlers with power in their hands to give jones a fight.
Bader
Rampage
Ortiz to help gain Jones more exposure
Also the winner of the Lil nog and forrest fight would be a good opponent.
I would say couture but I dont think couture has anything to offer Jones
Eventually I hope Anderson Silva fights Jones. That would be a very interesting fight once Jones has a chance to mature and polish off his skills.
