One thing I've noticed about russians is that they continue to educate themselves their entire lifetime.
Every time I see a russian interviewed at home, you can see a personal library of books in the background.
Why was that interviewer getting political? The USSR is finished! He shouldn't be asking those questions.

They still all seem to have libraries in thier homes.
