Increasing flexibility.

Dexterity or flexibility? Flexibility is the ability to put your body/limbs where you want but dexterity is having the muscle capacity to do it without assistance. From what I’ve read anyway.

Yoga does wonders for flexibility. On the days I do that, I feel so much better

Sean Vigue has some solid yoga videos. It’s basically just long form stretching. He’s really good, but he talks a lot. He can get annoying, but I just mute him if it’s too much.

The only thing I’ll say is that if you haven’t done a lot of mobility work, start with his shorter “beginner” ones (around 10 minutes or so).

This is the one I do every week. Opens up your back, hips, chest, hamstrings, calves, and quads.
