Interesting thing about IFL

If you go on Ticketmaster, you'll see that their ticket prices have went down quite a bit. Their highest ticket is $150 and you can even get some floor seats for $50

No surprise there. It's only their second show, I'm sure they're still experimenting to see what works for them. I recall quite a bit of whining here and on Sherdog about the $250 seats at the last show.

If nothing else, the folks running IFL are sharp enough to listen and make changes when the demographic praises or complains. It's a good thing. :)

Brigham, have you heard anything about Kerr fighting in the IFL?

Its not like they're $12.95 plus tax for ringside seats. It does take a show or two to figure out the right balance between supply and demand, I'd imagine.

gone down imo

"Brigham, have you heard anything about Kerr fighting in the IFL? "

Nope.

And I think if they stick at this price, its high enough where they can make a profit but low enough as to where they won't scare off people.

"Bart Palaszewski" "Krzysztof Soszynski" "Travis Wiuff" "Amir Rahnavardi"

It's my understanding the announcers received a very large $ bonus after this event.

If they are hoping for money turnover from tv success... it debuts tomorrow at 6PM and 3AM, not exactly primetime. It is even bad hours for anyone channel surfing on a Sunday.

One curiosity question, is IFL paying to be on FSN or is FSN paying them?? Not that i care either way, just curious.

I wish them success, but please do something about their piss poor scheduling of their first 2 events.

It comes on at midnight where I live and the worst part is that I have to work from 3PM to 1AM tonight and this is the only time I have ever had to work this shift and I am pissed becuase I am going to miss this show which looks awesome!
