Mods, move this thread where you think it is appropriate; but in the mean time, just to make sure this thread stays under the Ultimate Fighter Forum, I must say that Forrest has a lot of class; same goes for Ken (as he was traded). It match was also one of the more quicker, intense ones I've seen on the show so far.
Now to the main point. Everyone watching TUF must have saw the Invading Iowa commercial (unless you are one to run to the fridge or bathroom during commercial breaks).
There was that one scene where William Shatner's head raised up (with a big grin) and was covered with some kind of white goo. My friends and I were literally ROTFLOAO. Don't know what Shatner has been doing, but if I had to guess, it probably involved a bunch of ninjas engaging in their favorite group activity.
