Says he started training at 8am yesterday, for a cage fight against a guy that could knock out an elephant......
Hasn't worked on his stand up in 15 months???
This coming from by all accounts an intelligent guy, who lacked in the stand up department, ate some punches yes but obviously had an issue ( "diverticulitis" ) that kept him from not wincing away when his face was touched.
Troll or poor game plan ?
Big paycheck, lots of zeros.
Is it worth it though if he really hasn't traned UFC to step in there and get lit up and KTFO , assuming he can't Herring Hunto immediately?
I've always had a feeling Brock would be back, secretly and discreetly training like a madman unbeknownst to the masses.
Brock by flying reverse double superman punch or Hunto by trademarked walk off KO ?
He also said at the press conference before he fought Carlin that he'd be coming out southpaw to make his shot easier. Then he acted like he shouldn't have said it. It was all a charade. He's smarter than he let's on.

Fuck's sake, is Carlin just his official "UG" name now?
Trolling imo. If the UFC stipulation was written in pre-WrestleMania, Brock could've gotten in some good cardio since April. He looked pretty slim compared to how he wrestles, and that doesn't seem like a coincidence.

Cardio Carlin imo
OriginalTUFer - If Brock had met Hunt on the street this morning, he would've taken him down and pounded him out.Easy now.
He's a prizefighter, not a street thug.
But really though, I think this is a fight where literally anything could happen.
Especially if Brock has secretly been traneing throwing them hands and his cardio.

brahmabull81 - Borck got lucky against CarlinYeah, on eof those lucky submissions. I've heard of them.
Brock intelligent...who's trolling here?
brahmabull81 - Borck got lucky against CarlinNo. Carwin gassed. That's not luck. He weathered the storm and didn't quit. I'm not a Brock fan but he won that fight with heart.
Bjork-Carlin 2 would have been a better fight
Are you implying the roids from Minnesota > Carolina?
Fabes - Are you implying the roids from Minnesota > Carolina?Let them roid bro.
OP, do you think if Lesnar had been training in those 15 months it would make a difference against Hunt? No. Lesnar could train for the next 10 years in stand-up alone and he'll never have anything for Hunt in the stand-up department. In fact, there will never come a time in Lesnar's life that he would ever have something for Hunt in the stand-up.
Inversely, there will never come a time where Hunt would outwrestle Lesnar. If Lesnar never trained wrestling another day in his life, he would still be a better wrestler.
Lesnar, like any fighter, has to focus on his strengths and where he can finish the fight. In his case, that is his wrestling. He needs to get it to the clinch and put Hunt on his back. Every moment he is trading shots with Hunt is a risk.
Get it?

Fucking spot on
Whataya mean - dude, he fights in the WWE. As far as I know, Hunt won't be allowed to bring a steel chair into the cage. Noobs. SMH.
brahmabull81 - Borck got lucky against Carlin
George? I didn't know they fought. Was it an open-mic type thing? NO way he beats Carlin.
As for Carwin, the only "luck" Brock had was that the ref was experienced enough to know not to call the fight too fast. Brock weathered a storm, and then "luckily" took Carwin down and "luckily" applied a head and arm triangle, one of the most basic submissions there is.
