I'm confused on whether the fight is happening or not... Can anyone shed any light?

Dana says yes. Tons of others say no. I'm gonna go with the tons of others just to be on the safe side. That way I won't be shocked if he pulls out of the fight.

The head of the athletic commission said their doctor and 2 other doctors has looked at the cut and Gus will not be cleared to fight unless a miracle happens
So the reason for the silence is either Gus and his team trying to work a miracle closing the cut or they have been told to be quiet until Big Poppa is ready to announce a replacement or cancel the fight

I see... So the commission did say it was off? I remember Dana saying something about the SAC and the fight still being on
They cant officially cancel the fight until the pre-fight medical exams wich are later this week. So they havent said its off yet. But based on the cut they saw, they have said they will not clear him to fight if he shows up for the medicals like that
