Its actually written correctly but since he's in the Southern hemisphere it appears backwards on tv. Same concept as the Coriolis effect and water swirling down the drain in the opposite direction.

No one in my family is sure what it says and they speak Hebrew fluently. Reverse the letters and it says Noah. But if Mark wants to change the language I'm not gonna tell him no.

I assume that Mark showed the tattoo artist the name written in hebrew and they did not realize that hebrew goes from right to left instead of left to right. The dot and line underneath are the vowels, but, inexplicably, most hebrew, unless you are learning it, is written without vowels. The tatoo is messed up in three ways that make it not appear as the noah posted above. It is reversed, there are no vowels, and the first letter (the one on the left in marks tattoo) is not drawn perfectly.
