is machida vs. evans 2 100% confirmed?

in all of the articles it says the UFC is "expected" to put machida in as the replacement for Davis.

yeah any opportunity to see lyoto machida fight is good, rashad evans is a good fighter too. but I think the fight will end up similar to the first one if they match again.
