tiple attackers?
lol!!!
Thats not funny Brigham. Be careful Jackrabit, mwchamp will come over there and make you his bitch.
I thought it was very funny and I will continue to laugh so
I would have to say that it depends on the skill level of the muay thai fighter. Against multiple attackers in the street, even the most skilled fighter would probably get his face stomped in.
btw...everyone seems to underestimate a good swift kick in the balls.
Certainly kicking and punching 3 guys on your feet would be better than pulling guard.
From what I've seen.....yes.....yes it is
no it would be better to have absolutly no training than to be trained in MT or BJJ.
depends on how good you are.
If you have 3 opponents, and have good KO power, accuracy to strike a target...wont be long before their only 2 opponents...
Ting Pradoo Prew showed effectivness of Muay Thai against multiple attackers.
Definitely depends on the individual and some factors that are impossible to control. Real Muay Thai using your full range of weapons that you don't see in mma competition would be more effective than most standup styles IMO. Slamming elbows and forearms to the head/temple/eyes/chin/throat, headbutts, solid knee strikes with serious power and bad intentions, movement, hardcore physical conditioning- the kind of skills and attributes you want in a real fight, that would give you just as good or better a chance against multiple attackers as most styles. Pulling guard is definitely not recommended...unless you're being attacked by multiple bikini clad ladies weilding feather dusters. We're rarely that lucky though.
