Is p90x legit or a scam like the shake weight.

goob9 - I didn't do P90x except for about a month, but I think it would be legit. If you not use to doing much then it would be tough at first the only drawback I had was I just didn't have the time in the evening cause most of the work outs are 2 hrs <img src="/images/phone/droid.png" alt="Phone Post" border="0" style="vertical-align:middle;"/>

all the workouts on p90x are under an hour...except for yoga which is like an hour and a half.

jesus christ you lazy bastards. go running, do some pushups, situps and get a pull up bar. do that for 6 months and you'll lose weight.

Knee high socks, vibrams, bumper stickers, t-shirts, an smartphone with a camera for constant validation from people on the internet, etc are not free.

Snarky response from someone that probably has never worked out, although I know your taking a dig at the crossfit "culture", which is mostly annoying just because of the girls that do it and think they are Navy Seals or some shit.

If you haven't work out in awhile do p90x. Plus diet, it works. Once you start getting back in shape get into a gym. Phone Post
