Yes very interesting fight. Monson who is a worldclass grappler will face a superb wrestler in Latifi. Yes it will be a fight in the LHW division.

It's gonna be hard for Superior to put together a good card this year, now that many of the top swedish fighters have moved to UFC and Cage Warriors.

Yes thats the big question. How will Superior Challenge manage to fill up the card now when the big swedish namnes from the events before have moved up to the bigger organisations like UFC and Cage Warriors.
Dont know yet about the title defences, but shure it would be great to see Jameel Massouh defend his featherweight title and Leites (MW) and Acacio (WW). Now the (LW) title is vacant when Reza Madadi is in th UFC.
David Bielkheden have said that he really would like to fight on SC 8. Maybe they will bring in danish talent aswell, it is very close to Denmark from Malmö.

Monson is a great grappler with wins in th ADCC but Latifi is not a newbie either, he got an invitation to participate in the ADCC 2009. He fought against the worldclass grappler Xande Ribeiro and lost by points. After that fight Ribeiro went on and won the whole tournament.

It will be interesting to see if Jeff Monson can make weight. He now fights in HW in about 240 lbs. It a big cut.
Yes I agree he is really a top class fighter, just look into his record. He has fought the best an won against the best, hes losses has came against former UFC and PRIDE-champions.
His grappling record is outstanding. If Latifi wins this fight he will get a call from the top organizations.
