He didnt knock anyone out...Kakuda got up and beat the piss out of Joe Son in that fight (The highlight film is deceptive)...Some interesting side-notes, Kakuda has also knocked out Bart Vale in a K-1 match AND is the only person that Akebono has ever beaten in a K-1 match (Kakuda was about 1/3 the size of Akebono LITERALLY and Akebono won by decision)....So Joe Son couldnt even beat a guy that Akebono beat...(Kakuda was actually a good bareknuckle Karate fighter and a decent K-1 fighter against people his size)

I happened to enjoy it actually. It was a feeder event for PRIDE and served to develop talent. They actually begain to bring in talent from some of the smaller shows around Southeast Asia and some of Korea's 1st MMA fighters participated in it as well. It was kind of like TUF in a sense....just minus the Tapout beanies, homoerotic posturing and wigger antics

Actually I have yet to watch a single episode....5 minutes a couple times is all I could ever stomach...I have 0 interest in the show...If they got Genki Sudo on there I would TRY to watch it, but I'd probably TIVO it and FFWD to the Genki parts
