he would clear out the division rapidly playing ufc-brand mma.
bullshit.
I'd pick him over every heavyweight in the UFC except Cain and Dos Santos. The importance of bodyweight is way overrated for big guys IMO, where the extra weight starts to hurt speed and conditioning as much as it helps other aspects. Regardless. he'd probably get up to around 235 or more with his height and reach, which is fine (or even optimal, if you look at the history of the sport) for a heavyweight.
Not to be a dick, but I personally don't think Jon Jones is the future, let alone the best ever, LHW champion. At least not soon. He is very untested and needs to lose and realize that his throws and spinning elbows aren't going to work on everyone. Just my opinion. He's just not ready.
ttt
he said he walks at 230 lbs and hes only 24. in a few years he might be able to get to 250
Isn't the future* (a very vital thing to fuck up.
Nevermind. It was correct the first time ;)
He can win both belts
Hw qould make a champion HW also.
Reach height wrestling striking ..he has it all
Jones has plenty of chores in his own backyard before he jumps the fence.
