I definitely would favor Jones but Anderson does have some great moves and if he hurt Jones I would expect a finish. 
Jones must be a huge Silva fanboy himself since he never seems to "support" Weidman (a fellow New Yorker).
Silva as champion makes the division boring again. Would rather Weidman keep the belt.
