Bernardo was in the K-1 Japan gp, the ony foreigner amongst the group (why I don't know).
His opponent opened a cut above his eye via headbutt in their first clinch.
Later in the first round Tomohiro clinched, kneed the body which had some effect, kneed the head, did a punch combination and a high kick to Bernardo's head which put Bernardo down. Bernardo failed to make the count, but smoothly got up as soon as the ref finished the count and awarded the fight to Tomohiro.
I really think its time for Mike to retire. He was in amongst the world's best, but recently has lost to Nortje and now no-name Tomohiro?
