I am not one to start threads, but I would just like to let everyone know that I just saw Apollo kettlebells
in stock at Busy Body in Newport Beach, California I do not work for them...I am just letting everyone
know because I bought of three of them for the price of how much one would cost online including
shipping. They had various weights up to 53 lbs. and I believe they are offered at their other
locations (Busy Body is in California and some other states in the West).
thanks! what did you pay?
just be careful they are balanced properly.you usually get what you pay for and if the handles are not done right or the bell isnt balanced right it wont swing very well, and that's the heart of the kb workout.
and you are right; kbs ARE the real deal, a hell of a workout and no doubt the BEST resistance training a fighter could do.

Are there any good instructionals out there for workout programs that you recommend for kettlebells? I would like to give them a try, but want to know what I am doing.
Thanks for any help.

I got the 35lb, 26lb and 18lb kettlebells for now. I paid less than $100 for
all three.
