I think the PPV numbers would be massive. Every person that goes to the bar to watch it would be forced to stay home and buy it themselves.

A lot of people wouldn’t bother signing up for ESPN+ and ordering it and just skip it or try to illegal stream. There is a huge percentage of UFC fans who are accustomed to watching big fights for free at sports bars that wouldn’t necessarily order an expensive PPV at home.
Dana said last night they're looking for alternate venues. They're going to have the card one way or another.
Also, by the time this fight comes around they'll likely be able to use the Apex again.

I wonder how that works. I see countries introducing 2 weeks to 1 month quarantines or banning sports for such a period. They think that after a couple of weeks more people will get healthy than newly infected people? Isn't that a bit optimistic?

not having bars order it will lead to more homes ordering it, its such a big fight they will do everything they can to make it happen.
As long as it is ESPN I am not ordering.

UFC holds Khabib vs Tony in CHINA (of all places), because the coronavirus has already run it's course over there.
its just taking off here, we will have a complete lockdown like Italy soon. Yesterday was the last UFC event in probably months. sadly. nothing we can do.
