Thanks, Judah. One of my guys is working with me in my gym to do the same. We have started making a point of doing light contact sparring with each other to get our timing back, plus I try to participate with as many of the drills as I can during class.

KK....when you posted you were going to fight I would have said not to unless you were prepared (from experience, it's best not to fight in something you didn't train for :-) But I thought if you had an easy opponent go for it.
Are you sure this guy only had 2 months training? No wway. Surely he's sandbagging? Or had trained something else for years. Anyways, how about doing it again in a few months, but training for it I'm sure the result will be different?
