 Victor Estima vs Kron Gracie was good too. When those two face off it's always badass.

Thanks. Nice match. Props to Davis for almost getting that arm bar oof Kyra's low 1/2. I think she held onto it for too long though and turned the wrong way at the end. Kyra had some great patient defense, positional pressure and improvement.

bjj is extremely fun to watch if you actually know practice it and know the rules. for the outsider watching it can be difficult to pay attention to if there are no finishes. these days everyone is so good their skills cancel each other out and normally leads to points in bjj.

I enjoy most matches for what they are...Some matches have so many transitions that you don't put much stock into the sweep or sub attempt, b/c you know they aren't going to maintain it. I like seeing a sub attempt where after a great defensive reaction things come to a momentary standstill. Then the tide slowly turns in one direction or the other. When does one know that the position is lost and do they decide to adjust before it's too late? Everytime Kyra moved after that, she maintained such solid positional control in the same way that as Roger advances you know that things are only going to get worse for the opponent. You wonder how someone could escape, because if they do, you def want to know how.

This was the most boring match of the bunch but it was still pretty decent as far as high level bjj goes. Some of the adcc matches are unbelievably dull. Phone Post
