Last night at London BJJ – Team Esfiha/Fateh, Esfiha promoted Fateh to purple belt and the following to blue belt:
Shelly (aka Little One)
Khalid (aka T-Bone)
Dave (aka DSC)
And Dougie (aka Dougie)
Although I'm not sure how that old guy got on the list, these were well deserved promotions. Everybody works very hard at their art. Congrats everyone. I'm proud to be considered part of this group of terrific people. And to Esfiha – thank you.

When I get my blue belt, I'm definitely going to need padding.
You're going to need a helmut, jock, kevlar vest, hockey pants, shin guards, face mask and perkoset. And that's just for the next class. We are not going to wait.

The defination of friends in BJJ is to want to go out and do your best to either choke out or attempt to break your friends limb.Thats why I love this sport so much.I will do my best to choke out all my friends when ever possible.Woody is coming for you.Wait a sed they want to do the same to me.Dougie I would like to trade that large shirt for an XL thanks.
