Rashad is good, but he keeps getting rocked and Shogun is the best at putting his opponent away. Plus Shogun utilizes the kicks so Rashad's ribs and neck are going to pay the price when he tries to run in for a quick punch.

Even thought I think that Rampage is the naturally better fighter, Rashad matches up better against Shogun, imo.

if shad lays on him then maybe other fighters will start to learn how to wrestle. shogun, mousasi, aoki, maia, anderson, etc they should all be training wrestling. otherwise we gonna have to watch the gsp, king mo, melendez, rashad hold to win or fight terrible standup fights vs bjj guys... will be sad if sonnen does the same to anderson

Outwrestling someone does not necessarily mean lay and praying someone. Chael Sonnen, at least in recent times, goes out and fucking fights. Rashad doesn't.
Chael Sonnen has 5 decision wins in his last 6 fights. Rashad has 4 finishes in his last 7 fights. Rashad seems to be way more effective finishing....
Match ups make all the difference. If Rashad has to go through Machida he's toast. He match ups better against Shogun but 5 rounds is tougher than 3 to control a guy.
