All the Tito fans want Tito to get a top-ranked opponent. Unfair. Not only for the fighters who've been winning the majority of their fights the last few years, but for Tito as well. Give him a couple fights to gain momentum.
The winner of Franklin-Nog would be great. Stephan Bonnar is a name that's amassed a few wins recently. The loser of Davis-Evans will still be ranked considerably higher than Tito -- and represents two different, but interesting storylines

Ok, just stop. He is still Tito Ortiz, the guy that carried the UFC for 5 years and those guys are still mma nobodies. Tito doesnt need to work his way up the rankings like a Tuffer, he's a big time fighter that needs big time fights. Bader was his tuneup, now give the guy good fights. He only has so many years left and he is still one of the very few bona fide superstars still fighting.
Don't care how many losses Tito has. He beat Bader so he's ranked higher. Period.
