Has Coleman ever spoken about this? It was one of the most WTF moments in MMA history.
His oldest daughter had some weight cutting tips for Fedor, in case he decided to drop to 205.

IIRC He said it was because he wanted to show them that the guy who just beat up their father was a nice guy // that there was no bad feelings & it was just business // words to that effect.
Honestly I don't think it was that big a deal as people make out (although Fedor himself said it was weird, so...)
