I think Marquardt will win this fight standing. Yes Palhares is SCARY on the ground, but Marquardt is VERY good himself and should be able to use that to his advantage to keep it standing where he has an advantage.

If Nate decides he wants to test his grappling ability against Palhares he will likely get submitted. If he wants to play to his strengths he'll keep Palhares at a distance and stay out of the clinch and light him up on the feet.
