Bloodsport is a classic.
I also used to love the Karate Kid but I haven't seen it in 15+ years.
Jackie Chan in my opinion has the best action but his films lack in other elements even by the standards of martial arts films where you don't expect the best script, acting etc.

ONG BAK is a must watch. One of the best martial arts movies i have ever seen. It boggles my mind that tony jaa isnt doing martial arts flicks here in the U.S
