Usman has been in a weird spot when it comes to selling himself. Great fighter obviously but all along the way he’s tried a few different things but it’s never really worked - he just comes off as bland or cringe. Charisma is a strange thing and extremely difficult to fake or manufacture

Imagine your name being Kamaru. Imagine you’re brought up thinking your culture and heritage is tied to the integrity of the colour of your skin. And then you get acne on your face, back and chest from taking steroids. Imagine your father is a felon. I’ve never disliked another fighter as much as I dislike Usman. When he speaks I want to puke. The way he sighs and enunciates while speaking makes my skin crawl. He just wreaks of fakeness. Kamaru Usman, the unintentional true king of cringe.
