Mendes: I'm going to whip McGregor's @$$ next

<p>At 1:00 PM there is a Fan Q&A in Brazil with Conor McGregor. At about 2:30 PM Chad Mendez and Jose Aldo weigh in.</p>
During the UFC 179 media scrum, Mendes says he plans to whip both.
"I think the major improvements in my game have really upped my confidence. I just feel so much more comfortable getting in the Octagon now.... There were big holes in my game the first time we fought, and there were areas that I wasn't comfortable in.
"That makes it tough to be a champion, when you are not comfortable in all your areas. So I feel like I've closed those gaps, and it's time to do it."
"I'm definitely going to be in his face from the get go. This is a fight, this is war, and this is something that's personal at this point. It's not just about the title, it's about redemption and payback. This is my time, it's my time to be a king."
"This is the only time someone's got to fight Jose a second time. Guys come into that fight pretty intimidated. I have gotten in there, I have felt his speed, I have felt his power, I have felt his size, and I truly believe I can beat this guy."
Mendes was then asked about Conor McGregor.
"It's not frustrating that he is going to be here," said Mendes. "It's expected. The guy has a huge hype train. He is talking his way up to the top. He can sit there and watch. I am going to get in there and win and then I'm going whip that dude's a-- next."

By snorefest, you mean exploiting Conor's weakest end of the game and Chad using his strongest? MMA is not MMA without the so-called snore fest element.

No I'm meant that chad would change his supposed game plan the minute Connor rocked him . Then resort to using his wrestling and attempt to slow it down making it a boring grinding fight that most fan would consider boring. That's what I meant.

Nothing If I were him I'd go for the take down and grind it out as well Just makes for a boring fight as we all know . But Chads gotta get past the Champ and he couldn't the last time so we will see only If Chad wins

He for sure would have knocked out everyone Connor has. Connor only fights hand picked fights that fit his style. They will protect him as long as they possibly can which is why he is fighting Siver next instead of Lentz who is ranked higher, available and has called him out many times since he fought Holloway.
