With the Torrance academy seemingly making matches to prove points, do you guys believe people will buy another Metamoris if they create another match up to prove a point?
I understand the the Royler vs Eddie match alone is well worth the money, but they have upset quite a few people with some of the match ups. I'm not sure how these matches are put together, but there really needs to be a committee of sorts that more people have more input.
I don't think people care as much about the matchups per se, but actually having exciting matches. Honestly even without subs the matches should be more exciting because there are no points. A few have been, but for some reason people are still stalling. Maybe if they incurred a fine (from purse) if they're issued a yellow card from the ref for stalling? 
There are so many dream matchups that can be made, and they don't even have to do the obvious Marcelo vs Rafa one. It was talked about on another thread. Honestly, with all matchups available they would have to be complete idiots to mess this up. Just stay away from "names" like Brendan Schaub and they can bring it back.
They need to stay away from trying to bring in pure mma fans. They would only bitch and complain about the gi matchups since they won't understand them.

Meta is run by Ralek so he calls the shots. Are the Gracies trying to prove a point? Maybee but at the end of the day it ia all about making money, selling tickets and creating something of entertainment.
As long as they keep the peoples interest then the promotion should continue.
