Former UFC women’s bantamweight champ Miesha Tate has booked her next fight.
Tate (20-9 MMA, 7-6 UFC) will face Yana Santos at a UFC Fight Night event on May 3. The event is expected to take place in Des Moines, Iowa, although the location and venue has not yet been officially confirmed.
Tate’s last fight was domination against Julia Alvia. Ranked at number 12 Tate is going for the number 10 Santos.
Yana Santos the former Invicta FC bantamweight champ is on a one fight winning streak as well. Losing three in a row before that.
