Unfortunately he was already given a shot at NFL football (on Fox) and was fired after one game, because he was downright awful. I've always enjoyed him commentating for the UFC and this isn't to say that he wouldn't do an absolutely awesome job in another sport, i'm just saying he may not get the chance because of that one performance

He has done NHL for years. Think in Detroit and in MN. My guess is he works for Bellator or most likely gets the NHL gig in Las Vegas as they get a new team next year.
Sean Grande 's commentary and spray on hair are equally brutal. Would rather see Bellator hire Quadros. He's professional and he understands the sport. I can't imagine they would be interested in Goldberg but Coker seems desparate to hire anyone with previous ties to the UFC, so you never know. I hope Goldberg lands on his feet with an NHL gig--seems like a nice guy.

Actually makes me sad. You throw furniture out, not people. If WME actually cared about the legacy of the sport they would thank Goldberg for what he has done. Sure he's made mistakes that we've busted his balls over, sure he's tripped over his words, sure he's made ridiculous claims that Rogan has to correct him over...but as flawed as he was..he was our Goldie. When you love the sport you have to respect someone who has put the time in. It doesn't matter who they bring in they just won't be "virtually identical".
