For those interested in this season's The Ultimate Fighter, we did a two part interview with Miami's own Mike "The Wolverine" Rio (8-1) before he got on the plane to go to the show. Part one talks about his wrestling background, fighting former TUF winner Efrain Escudero and how that changed the way he prepared.
