More devastating puncher at Light Heavyweight: Alex "Poatan" Pereira or Anthony "Rumble" Johnson (RIP)?

My vote, as of right now, is Mr. Johnson.

Rumble was probably the hardest first round of any fighter any division. AP is dangerous the whole fight

Rumble had more pure power but he lacked the ability to actually set up clean shots with which to use that power

Mahoney is probably right. A lot of Rumble’s KOs were from swarming people, not one shot. He did knock them dead when he did land clean though, so that shows the power.

Pereira is more efficient at landing and hurts people with shorter punches.

Hard to say. Raw punching power is hard to measure

What AJ did to Glover with just one punch was pretty terrifying

But like stated above AP knows how to throw a picture perfect punch. His low kicks and left hook couldn’t be throw with more perfect technique

I’ll go with AP. He has it all. Speed. Power. Technique. I would never want to eat a punch from either of course but something about AP is slightly more terrifying to me

Regarding that UFC punching shit. It is crazy that a guy that fought at MW hit way harder than a guy that cut down to HW.

Francis was just a brute. He doesn’t know how to properly throw a punch

But he still knocked down Fury.

It’s clear that fury didn’t train a day for that fight
