are there any schools that have morning/afternoon classes for bjj around Los Angeles area? thanks in advance for any help.
i've only been to beverly hills jiu jitsu so that's the only one i know.
m-f 11:30 - 1:00 (morning, sort of).
mwf 7:00 - 9:00 (evening).
tth 6:00 - 7:30 (evening).
ty jdb. i just checked their website and although a little pricey it looks interesting. whats your opinion on the training there? also, any no-gi training?
HOC has classes almost every other hour.
