Most Unorthadoxed Fighter Ever?

What about Jean Silva with some of those kicks, and the cartwheel passes?

Max

Ranger Stott

Sudo is always unorthadox, but he can afford to because he picks his opponents carefully. I'll go with Chuck because he always looks off, then proves me wrong by KOing some poor guy.

Sato was insane in his prime.

Sudo.

the monkey figther in blood sport

I'll say it will have to be the 3 Japanese S's. (Sudo, Saku, Sato)

Umeki from ZST has all them beat including Sudo, who isnt unorthodx at all cmpared to Uemki. Anyone ever seen Umeki vs Yano from ZST 2? Now that was one weird match....

Wow, if someone is more bizarre and unorthodox than Sudo, I'd like to see it. Are this Umeki and Yano as skilled as Sudo too?

1) Takumi Yano
2) Genki Sudo
3) Sakuraba

sudo is a good choice, but I can't believe nobody has mentioned jay R. Palmer yet of Superbrawl fame. He won a few of those early cards with some bizarre style fighting, but it was very successful until he met up with more skilled fighters down the line. I think he's still fighting.

Sudo, of course!!!

"Umeki from ZST has all them beat including Sudo, who isnt unorthodx at all cmpared to Uemki. Anyone ever seen Umeki vs Yano from ZST 2? Now that was one weird match...."

This is correct. I didn't think anyone could ever beat Yano in the weirdness factor, but Umeki blew him away. The dude went for flying bitch slaps, would throw hilarious bitch slap combinations, back flipping kneebars, karate chops to the wrist, the standing "crab grab" (I don't know how else to call it...he tried to grab Yano's wrist using his hand like a pincher). Adding to his weirdness was the fact that he looks completely harmless and he has unbelievably rubbery limbs.

Yano/Umeki was the most bizarre match I've ever seen. It was a contest to see who could out-weird the other.

"Wow, if someone is more bizarre and unorthodox than Sudo, I'd like to see it. Are this Umeki and Yano as skilled as Sudo too?"

Genki would destroy both of them.

Here are some pics of Yano and Umeki...

Ryan G speak the truth. That match was a "who could out weird the other". It was just...weird. Uemki would start corching down like in a frog position then would just leap into kneebars.

I loved it when Umeki actually took Yano down with that back flipping kneebar, but instead of doing anything with the position, he stood up and raised his arm in celebration! Hahahaha.

Man, I miss Umeki... :( His fights weren't always the most exciting, but he always had me cracking up.

LOL, yeah that was pretty cool. Not to many people can pull that move off the way he does it. To bad he could not strech Yano's leg out to get the sub. that would have been sick. I cant stand Yano though. I loved when Rem knocked him out with that slam in the opening rounds of the GP. Have you seen any of his Contender tag matches? Any do you know what Umeki's been up to as of late? I would love to see him back in ZST soon.

I've seen all of Yano's Contenders matches. Some wild shit in there too, like his suicide leap flying triangle on Gokita. They weren't in a clinch or anything, Yano just jumped with his legs toward Gokita, and somehow landed the triangle, putting Gokita to sleep. And some bizarre shit too, like in Yano/Tokoro when Yano just dropped to his back from standing (not in a clinch) and stretched out his arms and legs. Tokoro looked at him like "WTF?" and then walked straight into mount. LOL.

I read Umeki retired to concentrate on college.

Thanks Sinister Minister!

NOOOOO, Uemki was just really breaking in to. I want to check out the few RINGS fights he had. Man, I like Uemki to...I wonder if he will compete in Smabo still? Yeah I have seen that Yano match form Contenders. What do you think of Umeki's voice? The man just scares me...His body shape his voice his fighting style...its all just weird!

*Not RINGS but Pancrase*

has to be sudo(that I know)

gotta check this yano and uemki out
