I'm moving to Edmonton and I'm looking for a place to train. Just hoping for some recommendations. I'm 20 and I'm moving in two weeks, I have a car, so location isn't a big deal.

As someone who lived for a long time in Calgary I must support this question.
Believe me, I'd be anywhere else if I could be. I'm getting out of there right away... Gotta make some money and kill a lot of time. Getting obsessed with training to forget about what a horrendous place I'll be living in.

Edmonton pretty much sucks, but parts of it are really nice (the river valley in summer), there's some cool shit to go and check out at least once, and some of us who are from there are good people.
That said, I got the fuck out first chance I had.

Haha it's not that bad! You just gotta enjoy all the green parks and ravines. Also helps if you blaze, but as far as MMA gyms go... Hayabusa is good. I'm gonna take BJJ/grecco/freestyle wrestling come January at the U of A, seems legit. But you 20? Gonna be going to school or something?
