Yea, I was tired. But cardio has always been an issue for me... I guess my question was,, relatively speaking....is it a lot...?

Its very similar to the boxing circuit I do with my buddy on Sundays.... Ours is 3 rounds double-end ball, 3 rounds heavy bag, 3 rounds speed bag, and 3 rounds free-standing bag.

After we complete each station, we will go over some technical drills with mitts and pads for another 3 - 5 rounds each.
